Cancellation and Return Policy
At squaro™, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. To maintain transparency and clarity, we have outlined our cancellation and return policy as follows:
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Cancellations are allowed only before the order is dispatched from squaro™ warehouse. Upon cancellation, a deduction of 10% of the paid amount will be made to cover payment gateway processing and service fees. For assistance, please contact our customer care team.
- After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. In exceptional cases, solely at squaro™ discretion, cancellation may be considered. However, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer. For more information, please reach out to our customer care team.
- Custom Orders and Sale Purchases: Cancellations are not applicable to customized orders, products purchased during sales, or items bought using discount codes.
Order Delays
In rare cases, there may be delays of up to 120 days in product delivery. Refunds will not be processed during this period. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Part Payment Orders
For orders placed using a part payment method, no refunds will be provided if the order is canceled. The advance payment will be treated as a cancellation charge.
Returns and Refunds
- Defective Products: Returns will be accepted only for defective products. If a replacement for the same product is not available, a refund will be issued.
- Reporting a Defective/Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To ensure a smooth resolution, we request that you provide visual proof in the form of images or videos.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Instances Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- The product has incurred damage resulting from a previously unreported malfunction.
- Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- The product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, or any items initially included by the manufacturer, including the box and packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
