Shipping Policy

All our items are made to order, meaning they are crafted specifically for you and go through multiple processes before being prepared for dispatch. Smaller items are typically ready sooner, while larger or more intricate items may take additional time. Generally, products like wall clocks, wall arts, and wire art are shipped within 4-7 working days. Customized orders may take longer as they are handmade and require artistic detailing.

Once your items are shipped, we will share the tracking details so you can easily monitor the status of your order online. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location. While we ensure timely shipping, delays beyond our control can occasionally occur. In such cases, we will gladly follow up with our shipping partners to address any issues.

For order cancellations, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at info@squaro.in within 4 hours of placing your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

NOTE: Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 12 hours of placement. If an order has already been packed or shipped, cancellations will not be allowed and will instead be treated as a return in cases of non-acceptance. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Squaro reserves the right to refuse future orders in the event of non-acceptance.

To request a cancellation, please email us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed. Kindly note that refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the order is canceled at the time of delivery (refusal at doorstep).
  • If there are three failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner.

We give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner.

There can be further delays due to ongoing situation of pandemic. During the pandemic we cannot commit on a specific date or time for shipping/delivery.
Customized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as they are specially crafted just for you.

Please share the list of products you'd like to order, along with the recipient's address, phone number and email. Our team will get in touch with you to guide you through the process, including shipping costs and delivery timelines, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
